Francis Kwame Sewor, the 2021 best WASSCE candidate with 8As is still at home due to funds. The candidate who graduated from Keta Technical high school has applied to several schools for scholarships but had proved futile.
It was the expectation of his parents that the government would cater to the brilliant boy due to how he has been highlighted in the media.
The parents are still calling on individuals and NGOs to help educate their ward, Francis Kwame Sewor who is now desperate about his education.
