The ministry for food and agriculture, hon. Owusu Afriyie Akoto has blamed the finance minister, hon. Ken Ofori Atta for not releasing money on time to the senior high schools in the country.
Owusu Akoto Afriyie said there were funds sitting for the schools across the country, but the minister failed his obligations.
