The vice president of Ghana, Dr. Bawumia has said, that newborn babies in Ghana will be issued the Ghana identity card starting from the first quarter of 2013.
He said it will help to know the exact birthday of all children born in Ghana. It will also help to halt age reductions among several Ghanaians who keep remaining in office after 6o years.
