The Assembly Members of Wenchi Municipal Assembly, Tain and Banda District Assemblies on Friday confirmed Mr. Alexander Obour Damoah, Mr. Emmanuel Akonneh and Dr. Lucy Acheampong.
President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo’s nominees for the Wenchi Municipal, Banda and Tain District Chief Executives named all recorded 100 per cent votes cast.
Mr Alexander Obour Damoah the MCE nominee for Wenchi had All 41 votes cast, the Assembly Members comprising 29 elected and 12 government appointees.
At Tain, Dr. Lucy Acheampong has been confirmed as the District Chief Executive. She secured 100 per cent yes votes from the 51 Assembly Members who participated in the excercise.
Mr Emmanuel Akonneh, the President nominee for Banda District has confirmed by the Assembly Members with 100 per cent endorsement. He obtained 18 votes cast from both 13 elected Assembly Members and 6 government appointees.
