Bono East Minister Urges Security Agencies To Intensify Screening At Boarder Posts

The Bono East Regional Minister Hon Kofi Amoakohene has pleaded with the security agencies in the region to intensify the screening of all foreigners and Ghanaians coming from outside Ghana.

The minister was briefing the media on the need for all to join hands to prevent COVID-19 in the Bono East region.

Hon Kofi Amoakohene says the Bono East region and the ministry of local government have provided 45 Veronica’s buckets stands for hands washing. In addition, were soap, sanitary items, tissues and sanitizers which have been distributed.

The minister urged all the people in the region to take the hands washing and the use of sanitizers seriously.
