The former president, John Dramani Mahama has promised the people of Battor in the Volta region that, when he is voted into power in 2020, he will make Technical and Vocational Schools at the Tertiary free.
John Dramani says the bedrock of the country’s development is based on skill labor hence this intervention.
He says the Initiative will produce more qualified professionals to help curb infrastructure
deficits.
