Football Administrators In Bono Regions Adopt News Measures To Improve The Game


The GFA chairman of the Bono, Ahofo, and Bono East region, Ralph Gyamrah has urged the football administrators in the three regions to follow the new rules of FIFA in governing football.

The new chairman, Ralph Gyamrah addressing the football team administrators in the Techiman Bronkyempim hall said, football is a complete business and deserves much attention to nature it.

He said, footballers been groomed purposely for footballing should be well managed with genuine documentation.

Ralph Gyamrah said, there should be a properly sealed transfer deal in order not to mar the career of the footballer in question.

He said the management of footballers is a key factor in soccer.
He said the coaches and other officials are equally good ingredients most needed to raise the standard of a team to attract soccer fans.

He added, the views of the spectators of a team is like a car engine, without it the car cannot move. Ralph pleaded with the administrators to take this seriously.

The three Bono regions in the past decade have always maintained four teams in the Ghana premiership with better performances.

The regions can also boast of nine credible first division teams including BA United, Berekum Arsenal, Tano Bofoakwa and the just relegated Techiman City.

Any of these clubs is most likely to surface in the premiership soon. Ralph Gyamrah said, the regions have more soccer talents but lacked support and logistics to pave way.

The Bono Regions GFA chairman, Ralph Gyamrah added that football is a chain which cannot be handled by any individual no matter the administrative skills one may acquire and wealth.

He was optimistic that, football in southern Ghana will improve by their new approach.
