Once upon a time, DCOP in Kasival region of Capanova in Cikapala was informed by the regional minister to send his men to go and disperse people demonstrating against bad road network in the area.
The police were asked to reach there on time to disperse the demonstrators as elections was near.
Due to the bad road nature of the Cikapala and its environs, the police vehicles skid off the road resulting to several injuries.
The police who were angry to go and disperse the demonstrators rather joined them to blocked all bad roads in the area.
