From all indications, the Agriculture ministry has failed in its mandatory role when considering the intention of planting for food and job creation. Is it the minister of Agriculture, Dr Owusu Akoto Afriye to decide the venue for selling food products?<\/p>\n

Again, will this market be sustainable when the foodstuff becomes scarce? If the Agric ministry can really supply food then they should look at the poultry where about 70 are already collapsed due to the high cost of maize and other imported feeds.<\/p>\n

Free imports of poultry feeds will help to boost our poultry industry and job creation, and not one full load of plantain to supply only a handful of Ghanaians at the Agric ministry.<\/p>\n
