Even though some social media users who adamantly oppose such profiling criticize business owners who portray Ghanaian youth as lazy. Beverly Afaglo Bravely characterized Ghanaian youths as entitled, and lazy.<\/p>\n

As Beverly Afaglo lamented during an exclusive interview with Zionfelix, most of her employees have lousy work ethics but are constantly asking for pay raises.<\/p>\n

The owner of a shawarma restaurant remarked that there is no ready cook job anywhere, knowing that the employees expect much more always.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s not easy running a business in Ghana, people will sabotage you, and getting workers is tough. People are always crying on social media about employment. It is all a lie because they don\u2019t need any job. They are just lazy.\u201d she stated.<\/p>\n

The youth are lazy because they think that once you have completed the first degree, that is all. It is a process but without any experience, you can’t be fixed in all places. Bosses consider transportation and other expenses. She pleaded with Ghanaians to change their attitude toward work.<\/div>\n

She said the people’s attitude towards their work doesn’t deserve their monthly pay, yet they complain. Others say there are no jobs!<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
