It seems that\u00a0JoJo Siwa<\/strong> is the latest celebrity to become a victim of a home invasion.<\/p>\n

The internet personality recently shared that her San Fernando Valley residence was\u00a0burglarized\u00a0in the wee hours of Monday morning, taking to the internet to recount the experience with “terrifying” security footage from the incident.<\/p>\n

“We were robbed last night at 2:40 am. It was an armed robbery, which is very scary,” she told her followers. “It was a REALLLLLY long night on the phone with my security, family, and LAPD.”<\/p>\n

According to TMZ<\/em>, police reponded to a call from an alarm company about a break-in at Siwa’s home. Upon arriving, authorities noted they found a door still ajar, which is how they believe the perpetrators entered, despite the thieves being gone by the time they arrived.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0Dance Moms<\/em>\u00a0alum was reportedly away on a cruise at the time of the occurrence, but promptly alerted her social media fans when she found out.<\/p>\n

While Siwa revealed that there was “lots of materialistic damage,” she noted how “that can all be fixed,” doubling down that at a time like this, she is way more concerned with her loved ones.<\/p>\n

“I’m just happy that my family and pups are safe. The most important thing to me,” the dancer said on social media, urging, “Do me a favor and hug your people extra tight tonight. Life is SCARY. And you never know when anything could happen.”<\/p>\n

It is unclear exactly what was stolen, and as of writing, there has been no further information on the suspects publicly released.<\/p>\n

This year, L.A. has become somewhat of a hot spot for similar celebrity burglaries. Police responded to a theft at\u00a0Drake<\/strong>‘s home in\u00a0January\u00a0after a man stole something from inside his residence, while\u00a0Kellyn Acosta<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Miles Teller<\/strong>\u00a0also were victims of break-ins in February.<\/p>\n
