The 35-year-old supermodel\u00a0just dropped a slew of photos (plus a video) on Instagram of herself working a sparkly see-through Prada mini dress layered over black briefs and a black strapless bra for a look that\u2019s kind of everything. There\u2019s Ashley strutting down a hallway with her toned abs and strong legs on full display; Ashley posing in an elevator; and Ashley doing a full-blown catwalk down a hotel hallway, seriously owning the (floral print) carpet.<\/p>\n

So, what does Ashley do to look so strong? She works with personal trainer Kira Stokes, for starters\u2014and she puts in serious work.<\/p>\n

In fact, Ashley has even shared BTS video of one of their workouts on Instagram, including her doing a 30-minute at-home body weight workout that\u2019s complete with planks, wide-legged mountain climbers, and sumo squats. Ashley\u2019s sweating in the video and, yeah, it\u2019s easy to see why:<\/p>\n

Ashley is a regular at the gym. In fact, she previously told\u00a0SELF<\/em>\u00a0<\/a>that she\u2019s \u201calways at the gym.\u201d She added, \u201cBut I love working out and I love being active. I probably go to the gym, like, five days a week.\u201d<\/p>\n

In January, she posted a photo on Instagram of herself working out with her husband, Justin Ervin, making it clear that they were both working hard. \u201cBoth ripped, both have boob sweat,\u201d she joked in the caption.<\/p>\n

Ashley told\u00a0Women\u2019s Health\u00a0<\/em>in 2021 that she likes to do \u201csneaky cardio\u201d with the help of a Stairmaster. \u201cWhen I’m working with my trainer, we do a lot of weights, and then sneaky cardio,\u201d she said. \u201cBut I will say I just bought a Stairmaster, and I put it in my bedroom. It looks out the window, and I have no excuses.\u201d<\/p>\n

She also just has a healthy mindset about working out. \u201cI’m always so glad after I leave the gym,\u201d she told WH. \u201cLike, \u2018I’m so proud of you, Ashley.\u2019 I have that quick ‘congratulations’ to myself because it’s a good reminder to me to keep going.\u201d<\/p>\n
