Nana OwusuGyare II lamented that the youth today show a troubling lack of respect for elders, teachers, and authority figures, a stark contrast to the disciplined and respectful behaviour observed in the past.<\/p>\n
He highlighted how, in earlier times, social norms and laws were rigidly followed, with polygamy and extramarital affairs being taboo. He warned that modernity has eroded these values, disturbing the moral fabric of society. Nana Owusu Gyare II also reminded the audience of traditional beliefs where gods would punish anyone who contravened cultural laws, fostering a disciplined social order.<\/p>\n
