The Omanhene of Nkoranza Traditional Area, Nana Kwame Baffoe IV, has issued a passionate call to Ghanaian authorities to intensify efforts in preserving the nation’s rich cultural heritage, which he warned is gradually fading away. Speaking during a significant traditional ceremony, Nana Baffoe emphasised the pivotal role of culture in fostering unity and resolving disputes among communities. “Our rich Ghanaian culture teaches moral rites and traditions that bind us together,” he stated, urging Ghanaians in the diaspora to return in large numbers for this year’s Munufies Festival. He encouraged them to immerse themselves in these traditions and pass them on to their children, ensuring the legacy endures for future generations.<\/p>\n
