Wenchi Municipal Assembly in the Bono Region has donated Personal Protection Equipments to various stakeholders across the Municipality.<\/p>\n

The stakeholders include, the Wenchi Traditional Council, the Local Council of Churches, the Muslims Council, GPRTU, PROTOA, and Radio West Africa FM among others.<\/p>\n

The items presented were ten thousand reusable nose masks and ten thousand Adonko branded hand sanitizers.<\/p>\n

Dr. Prince Kwakye Afiriyie, the Municipal Chief Executive who made the presentation said it was the Assembly’s contribution to help combat the spread of the virus in the municipality.<\/p>\n

All ready the Assembly have donated about 15,000 PPEs to the various schools across the Municipality to help combat the spread of the virus in our schools the MCE said.<\/p>\n

He urged the stakeholders to continue to strictly adhere to Covid-19 preventive protocols as the country navigates another surge in confirmed cases.<\/p>\n

Reverend Amoako Adoma, the District Pastor of the Temple of Praise praised the assembly for the support.<\/p>\n
