Education at Sefwi Africa, a community in the Sefwi Juaboso district of the western north region is at its worst state and needs attention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The School established in 2007 has a pupils enrollment of 179 without a substantive headteacher due to its poor condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The school has only three teachers taking charge of Kindergarten to class six pupils sharing one long structure. The lack of infrastructure is badly affecting teaching and learning at school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Though the school has been absorbed by the government nothing works effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The wood boards structures were voluntarily financed by the community members of the area. We were told.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Four children being compiled to share a desk designed for two pupils was not the best. The congestion is making teaching and learning a hard task Nkyeremu news observed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Meanwhile, there are eight-unit classroom blocks alongside teachers’ quarters which are about 90 percent complete but abandoned for the past five years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A parent who spoke to our news team expressed her worry about the deteriorating condition of the school without any assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
