A power cable thief has been electrocuted in his attempt to cut the cables. Sources say in died on the spot.
Police are yet to identify the body. This nice development occurred in the Eastern region near Fiaseman Rural Bank. The victim is in his twenties.
If victims meet their punishment so early, criminals would have been reduced to a limited number.
