The Bible says any country that fails to honour God is already failed. Our politicians have woefully failed to honour and pay the dues of our gallant cocoa farmers hence our failure. The top official of the Ghana cocoa board earns over 100,000 Ghana cedis every month. The sweat of the cocoa farmers is always in vain.
If Ghana has a cocoa farmers’ university, I don’t think that it would have been any big achievement.
Can the government explain why we still go for loans to pay the cocoa farmers? This doesn’t make any sense.
