The floods in Ghana have become an annual ritual, hence no attention has been taken to address it. Can one record the number of floods recorded in Accra and Kumasi only this year?
The victims of these floods over the years are abominable, but it looks like there is nobody in person to address it.
This year, Kumasi has recorded several floods which claimed many lives are properties. The very people who intend to address it become a political issue.
