The government believes the forex bureau should be the only bank that can help to regularize the dollar. The president, Nana Akufo Addo is making sure that all that is needed to help establish the dollar will be strictly enforced.
The president said the black market plays a major role in hacking the dollar to earn more. Within the short possible time, black marketing will not be in operation in Ghana, the president said.
