The traditional Kante is one of the most attractive and expensive cloth in Ghana. Kent is mostly used in the northern part of Ghana than the southern sector. Kente is a traditional cloth that has multiple names, which include Adwene Asa, Fatia, Gifty Ante among others.
kente is mostly used for big occasions and festivals. The Akans value Kente in high esteem. In some traditional setups, there are a few Kente clothes, mainly designed for the high chiefs only.
