The Krachie community people in Techiman of the Bono East region have enstooled Nana, Gyamfi Anasah Kumanini II as the chief of the Krachi community at Diasempa. The kratchi community is among the oldest communities, settled in Techiman in the early 1990s.
The people of Karachi are mainly into farming. In Techiman, the story is different, about 70 percent of the people are into trading. They are hardworking people, respectful, and very united.
Nana Gyamfi Ansah Kumanini succeeded his late, father who passed in 2010. Nana has promised to give a priority to education, particularly the needy pupils and students of the Diasempa Kratchi community. Nana Ansah pleaded with the people to focus more attention on their wards’ education.
Nana Gyamfi Kumanini has urged the Krachi community to help fight crime by reporting the suspects in their area to the police. He said the police alone cannot fight crime and therefore need the support of the public.
Nana Gyamfi Kumannini, commended the traditional chiefs of Techiman, the Krachi people of Diaeampa, and the Omanhene of the Krachi Nchumure Traditional Area, Nana Oberempong Keneya II for coming to support his enstoolment.
Nana Gyamfi Ansah pleaded with the Krachi community people to give him the needed support in his administration.
