NPP MPs have denied the will of Ghanaians to protect their political party’s interest. Many Ghanaians could not believe why the majority, which joined the minority to remove the finance minister, Ken Ofori Atta from the office had finally declined the censure of motion to decide for or against the finance minister, Ken Ofori Atta.
The NPP MPs will pay the price of their decision at the 2044 elections for being walked away from the vote of censure to decide the faith of Ken Ofori Atta.
All the NDC MPS were present to record 136 votes, the majority, walked out of the parliament. After the votes, the house failed to record 2/3rds of the votes to eject the finance minister, Ken Ofori Atta.
