Shatter Wale gets crazy at the pump station when 1,400 cedis couldn’t fill his V6 capacity engine car. What got him crazy was that there was some reasonable fuel in the tank.
The only word that came out of Shatter Wale was, ‘this s crazy. The question that, man, people keep asking is why can’t Ghana manage her own fuel? Why should Ghana sell anything at the raw stage?
