Peace Walk Blends Techiman Political Parties

 

Over four hours of peace work in the Techiman of the Bono East region has united all the political parties in Techiman municipality.

The colorful united peace walk was been organized by the classic FM Chief Executive Director, Nana Afena Nketiah ii Twafohene of the Techiman Traditional Council. Fred Zini has been his popular name in the region.

The occasion was been graced by an independent candidate, Kwame Asiedu Walker one of the Ghanaian presidential candidates in the 2020 polls.

The peace walk provided free air time for thousands of people that attended the occasion.

The political parties, the police, fire service, and the chairman of the Bono East regional peace council, Rev Prince Owusu, and others were permitted to educate on peace ahead of the 2020 general elections.

Nana Afena Nketiah ii addressing the media urged them to avoid any controversy that may trigger disorderness.

He pleaded with Ghanaians to accept the outcome of the 2020 results in good faith without drawing weapons.

Nana Afena Nketiah urged the vulnerable to stop engaging themselves in political flashpoints in the 2020 polls.

He concluded that it will be completely useless to fight for any politics to get hurt or lose one’s life.
