The Techiman holy family hospital in the Bono East region has awarded 6 retirees with certificates and a tabletop fridge each.
Been a catholic hospital, they observed their yearly catholic mass and intensive prayer which was led by vicar general, John Kofi Takyi.
The awards retirees include Agnes Akwabeaa who served for 40 years as assistant superintendent health worker. Yaw Mensah worked for 32 years before his retirement.
Four others received the same certificate and tabletop fridge.
They were been awarded by the vicar general of the Techiman catholic diocese, John Kofi Takyi, Father Francis Annane the cathedral administration of Techiman catholic diocese among other reverend priests.
The occasion was followed by dinner and cool music background to shake off stress.
