Looking at the circumstances surrounding the alleged bribery case involving the chief Justice, Kwasi Anin Yeboah’s report by the Council of State, His Lordship can be removed from office and face the law provided he is a victim.
The Council of State have presented their reports on the alleged $5 million case to the president, Nana Akufo Addo to study.
The chief justice, Kwasi Anin Yeboah has denied the allegation of the $5 million and called for further investigations into the matter.
