Thousands of people across the globe came in their numbers to mourn the late, Rev. Fr. William Aguzey at the Techiman Cathedral Church. The host, Most Rev. Dominic Yeboah Nyarko the Bishop of the Techiman Diocese, led the burial and memorial mass for the late Father Aguzey as he was popularly called.
In attendance were Catholic Bishops, Rev. Fathers, Sisters, and Brothers who were over 150 in number. Others include, state ministers, the traditional chiefs and queen mother, and thousands of the catholic congregation came in their numbers to sympathize with their beloved late father Aguzey.
Father Aguzey encountered health difficulties before his sad demise at the Techiman Holy Family Hospital. He turned 59 before his departure.
Most Rev. Bishop Dominic year Nyarko in his burial mass said, he has lost another key player in the team, and will be a difficult task to get his replacement. He said the church and the family of late Fr. Aguzey have lost a person who was so frank and factual in his dealings, particularly his time to duty.
Father Aguzey just buried her mother in 2020 and left sisters and brothers including his father, Clement Aguzey who is 85 years.
The departure of late Father Aguzy is a bowl to all, but his father, Clement Aguzey is more agonized and needs much more attention from all quarters, particularly the church for his livelihood!
