All is set for the President, Nana Akufo Addo to commission the Sunyani airport on August, 3rd, 2022.
All the necessary inspections had been performed last week. Sunyani airport has been closed down for over 7 years.
The reopening of the Sunyani airport, and upgrading from the airstrip to international airport standard, make it historic.
