Togbe Afede has vowed not to receive ex-gratia as a council member of the state. Tobge Afede said, he refused his ex-gratia in 2000.
Tobge Afede said it doesn’t merit enough to receive a monthly salary and again receive a huge sum ranging from 300,000 to 500,000 as ex-gratia while the country is in total crisis.
He has assured to address the ex-gratia brouhaha in their council of state meetings.
