Reverend Frimpong Boaten has said that the NPP government can not close down financial institutions and depends on churches for any good returns. He told Ghanaian times as he could not keep this message to himself.
He said if the E-Levy can not generate enough returns, then what measures will be used to collect taxes from the churches. He said the churches provide over 70 percent of schools, hospitals and other social intervention to the country.
Rev. Frimpong Boaten said the government should look for other intervention rather.
