Can One Truck Of Plantain Reduce The Prices Of Food At The Market?

The ministry of agriculture is trying to build a castle in the air. Can one truck of plantain reduce the prices of food at Ghanaian markets? Does the minister of agriculture Dr. Owusu Akoto Afriyie really know the value and the quantity of food that Ghanaians consume in a day?

Is the minister saying this is the result of the planting for food and job creation? One trader is able to load an articulated truck with yam, maize, groundnut, and other foodstuffs, yet that is not enough for a small market in Kasoa.

Finally, how long will this food distribution last at the ministry? What is the possibility for the people in Tema to get access to these food items?
