Dormaa Aduana FC has become an icon in Ghana’s football history. It was the first team to be promoted from division one to the premiership and won the league without a loss in their home match and went to Africa. This proud team of Ghana was promoted to the premiership in 2009 and won the league in 2010 and 2017.
It was the first club in Ghana to own its private stadium apart from the Obuasi Goldfields, which was financed by a mining company.
To ensure fairness in the officiating, they have introduced VAR to check doubtful and perfect goals being disallowed by the referees.
