The minister of Energy, Dr Matthew Opoku Prempeh has disclosed that some $2.2 million worth of crude condensate has gone missing at the Tema oil refinery.
The minister said, his outfit secured a deal for the company in the premix sector, but 2.5 million has been lost and left unaccounted for.
The minister said he gave the TOR a new promising business market that should be used to boost the premix condensate from Ghana Gas to use for the premix fuel. He pleaded with the workers of the TOR to see Ghana at first to help grow the economy.
He has promised to trace the whereabouts of the $2.5m worth of the missing crude condensate at all costs.
