The Ghanaian legendary rapper, Obrafour is applying all the copyright rules to sue Drake a Canadian rapper for sampling his 2003 Oye Ohehe on his honest never mind album.

In the document presented to a court in the US, Obrafour stated that Drake infringed on his copyright by sampling his son without his permission.

The defendant released the infringing work on June,17th, 2022, and had not bothered to approach Obrafour for any reason according to Obrafour. He said one year is almost elapsed since the infringing work was released.

He has streamed over 4.1 million times on YouTube and over 47,442,160 times on Spotify and streamed tens of millions of times on Apple Music. Obrafour believes he has gained much money from his song.
