The people of the Assin North in the central region have shown that both vote-buying and overnight projects will no more be tolerated in their constituency. The people of the Assin have set a new record that many Ghanaians will adopt.
It is a fact that the politicians have taken Ghanaians for granted for too long a time. The Assin North people have proved that money can’t buy their brains. Again, the time of the project works in the Assin North was due to the by-election.
This kind of election will be manifested in the 2024 general elections too. NPP and the NDC strongholds and the world market will gradually be kicked out of the scene.
Imagine the unnecessary money wasted on this by-election while Ghanaians keep crying over economic hardship. Politicians can make all things possible to raise money for elections but no money for workers.
