Never think that your contribution may not matter, it matters a lot. The roles of the hospital administrator, the doctors, nurses and the cleaners have equal importance to their clients. Without the cleaners, the other staff cannot work, and without the nurses, the doctors alone cannot do anything meaningful.
Without the farmers who feed the nation? Yet, some people fail to give them the needed attention. For me, farmers are more important than medical doctors because they feed us every day. It is possible not to attend the hospital in a year, but you can fail to eat in one month.
Wherever you work, count yourself as the playmaker in the team.
