It is very stressful to get gob in Ghana, people have two queues for days without a result. Many have to be at the back of the counter, knowing they will be called in but never. The people in authority pick from whom they know first.
Who you know has become the order of the day regarding the job placement. This is the main reason why government organization shortly collapses. The best ones are being ignored.
