The disorder known as haemorrhoids, or piles, causes the veins in the rectum and anus to swell and become inflamed, causing pain and occasionally bleeding.

Hemorrhoids frequently form as a result of pregnancy, obesity, and straining during bowel movements.

The good news is that a variety of natural home remedies can be used to effectively cure hemorrhoids.

1. smell Leaves: Fragrant leaves, sometimes referred to as smell leaves, are a useful remedy for haemorrhoids. A couple of these leaves can be chewed, but make sure to chew them well before consuming. As an alternative, you can produce a paste by crushing a small bundle of fragrance leaves and adding water. This paste can be applied to the afflicted area. Do this twice a day.

2. Warm Salt Water: In a dish, combine equal parts warm water and salt to relieve hemorrhoids. Pour some warm water into a bowl, sprinkle in some salt, and let it dissolve. Use this solution to take a warm saltwater site bath, where you sit for a while. For alleviation, repeat this exercise twice a day.

3. Aloe Vera Gel: Putting aloe vera gel on your body might help haemorrhoids recover. For calming relief, apply the gel immediately to the affected area.

4. Ice Packs: To relieve swelling, especially in cases of massive haemorrhoids causing excruciating pain, use ice packs or cold packs to the anal area for 15 to 20 minutes at a time. The ice pack should always be covered with a cloth or paper towel before being applied to the skin. Frozen substances should never be applied topically.

5. The Anusol Depot:

Anusol suppositories are available from a nearby drugstore; take them once daily as prescribed to relieve pain.

Importantly, to avoid constipation, people with haemorrhoids are advised to eat more natural, high-fibre meals.
