Man City’s best player returns to first-team practice, giving Pep Guardiola a major boost. In an attempt to recover from a bone stress injury to his foot, star striker Erling Haaland has returned to Manchester City’s training.

Erling Haaland’s recuperation process suffered a setback earlier this month, which led Pep Guardiola to announce that the attacker would have to miss a week of training with the Manchester City first squad.

But Pep Guardiola stated at the moment, gesturing to the ongoing training camp in the Middle East, “He’s good… Restart in Abu Dhabi, and ideally, he’ll be prepared by the end of this month.

It is now official that Erling Haaland has resumed first-team training activities during their warm-weather training camp in Abu Dhabi, following several weeks on the sidelines and a few small hiccups during his recuperation process.

Haaland’s initial early steps into full training will be a significant boost to Pep Guardiola’s intentions, though it is unclear exactly how prepared the Norwegian will be by the time the club plays Tottenham in the FA Cup fourth round.

The fantastic news about the top player for Norway comes just a day after it was announced and verified that John Stones had also resumed first-team training after suffering an ankle injury against Everton last month.

Pep Guardiola’s plans will be greatly aided by Haaland’s early entry into full training, though it’s unknown how ready the Norwegian will be when the team plays Tottenham in the FA Cup fourth round.

The wonderful news regarding Norway’s best player arrived just one day after it was confirmed and stated that John Stones, who had an ankle injury against Everton last month, had also returned to first-team training.
