The leading party, NPP has assured the 2020 WASSCE graduates to fill scholarship form to cater for their tuition, books and accommodation.
This scholarship scheme will help the needy students to acquire both secondary and tertiary education for free and pay back after they are employed.
The NDC campaign also offers free tertiary education for the Technical and Vocational students. While other tertiary institutions will be paying 50 percent of their total expenses in school.
