Agriculture Opens More Job Opportunities For Unemployed Ghanaians

Agricultural is a key of hope to the unemployed Ghanaians who are seeking for immediate job placement. With the government’s intervention, little effort been made can easily get one established in the agricultural farming.

The Bono east regional director of agriculture, Cecilia Keja disclosed this to the Nkyeremu News in exclusive interview.

She noted that 100 – 200 Ghana cedis capital can assist well determined person to begin farming with subsidised seeds which are guaranteed to make maximum profit.

The regional director, Cecelia Keja says the government has adopted new policies to help the youth enjoy every bit of agriculture with modern technology approaches.

She says, most of the youth can engage in marketing, processing and advertising of agriculture produces to get to the final consumer.

Cecelia Keja says buying, exporting and online sales are all big time businesses the youth can join with little financial support.

Cecelia Keja explains further that, agricultural is a hub of businesses but many haven’t grabbed it. She says agriculture sector is poised to open its doors to all persons willing to engage themselves in the industry.

In 2021, 14 new motorbikes have been provided to the Bono east with two news cars to help reach the farmers at their end, Cecelia Keja said.

The regional director, Cecelia Keja says, farmers should never hesitate to visit them for education before every farming season.
