The former president, John Mahama has described the shooting that ended up killing three NDC party members in the Techiman south as undemocratic and barbaric which shouldn’t have occurred at this modern age.

Former President, John Mahama said this in his thank you visit when addressing Nananom of Bono east.

In their line up were prof. Jean Naana Opoku Agyemang NDC 2020 running mate. Ofosu Ampofo NDC nationals chairman, Johnson Asiedu Nketia Secretary and Bono east regional chairman Unas Owusu and others.

John Dramani Mahama addressing the traditional chiefs in the Bono east region pleaded with Nanamom to be very opened and exercise their mandatory rights to address issues that can mar our beautiful democracy.

The former president says the shooting incidents that occurred in Techiman could have been a civil war elsewhere.

He says deployment of the military to the Techiman north polling station should have been condemned by the people in authority but it has been on a silent note.

His Excellency, John Mahama has urged the NDC people to ensure all votes are declared at the polling stations in 2024. He says elections can not be won at the law court based on records.

The former president, John Dramani says democracy is supposed to grows but our in Ghana has shown a negative impact.

He ended by saying that, 2024 elections results will be solely declared at all polling stations.
