The people of Adansi South in the Ashanti region have expressed their worry about the abandoned E block community day Senior High School and other basic schools established by the NDC government.
According to the residents of Adansi Apagya, they felt happy about the establishment of the projects in their area that would have helped preventing them from sending their wards to schools from far distances but their dreams have been shattered.
They expressed worry that the President Akuffo Addo led government has abandoned such projects which have now turned an Indian hemp bases.
They also added that it could have prevented the double track system of education in the country if the current government had continued and finished them for use.
They concluded by urging the political leaders in the country to desist from the attitude of abandoning previous government’s projects. They argued that tax payers monies should be properly used to benefit the entire people of Ghana.
The Assemblyman of the area, Jones Mensah popularly known as Aburo expressed worried over how things are getting worst in the area.
