Frankmay Home Donates Items Worth Over Gh 50,000 To Needy

Frankmay’s home located in Techiman Goshen of the Bono East region has become the home for the less endowed persons.

The home for the vulnerability has opened its tentacles to reach over 100 less endowed families and their children with food items, education support among other essential needs.

Frankmay is a nonprofit organization owned by Francis Apus and Mary Wuntimah. Mary speaking to the Nkyeremu news says she lost both parents at her tender age and faced hard times. She says this urged them to establish Frankmay in 2007.

Donations to the needy at the Frankmay premises and sending items to the persons in need at their homes is no more news in the Bono East region.

She was thankful to the traditional leaders of Techiman for releasing a piece of land to expand their intake. The Coo Director, Mary Wuntimah is pleading with NGOs, individuals, and well-meaning Ghanaians to help build another home to increase their numbers.

One of the beneficiaries who could not hide her emotions, Faustina Afrah speak to our news team.

The Director of Frankmay, Francis Apus, and the Coo Dir. Mary Wuntimah started with the donations.

Mama Frankmay as she is mostly called, says they are now catering for over 100 children with only 27 at Frankmay home due to their limited space. Another big challenge she mentioned is the fees of their students at the tertiary education.

The Coo Director, Mary Wuntimah is calling for support to increase their numbers.

Donors can reach Frank may on 233-204442347.
