The Executive Chairman of the Ghana Link Group of Companies, Nick Danso Adjei Abeam has strongly challenged graduates who consider education as the key to success to put it into practice and make it a useful venture. He says, education only becomes valuable only when it is productively used to benefit the people. Abeam was speaking to Nkyeremu News.
The silent Ghanaian billionaire, Nick Danso Abeam is the CEO of the Nick Group of Companies comprising, Ghana Link, Royal Nick Hotel, Nick TC Scan in Ghana and Sierra Leone, and the Neck Petroleum Fields among others.
Nick Danso said, his family believes in prayer, and he emphasized that spending all valuable hours praying will not give any better result. He said it is rather hard work that pay-off. He pleaded with all Ghanaians to help build a better Ghana.
In 2021, he was awarded, Africa business star of the decade, including the best shippers award. In 2022, Nick Danso Abeam won the Business personality of the year award for his exceptional character, vision, and integrity. The clear manifestation is the ICUMS installation, which helps to prevent loopholes at the Tema Port. In 2021, ICUMS generated over 1.6 billion in revenue for Ghana.
Nick Danso Abeam is a true son of the Nkoranza in the Bono East region. He believes in both Christianity and Tradition. He saw nothing wrong to maintain the Ghanaian culture.
