The creator saw the need and made all living things in pairs. Yes, there is the need to have a partnership being a catholic priest or reverend sister. Companionship is the key to a happy home.
The Bible says it will be best to live alone, provided the person can withstand the temptation. The same Bible says, due to temptations, it will be more advisable for everyone to have a partner or get married.
All the same, never dream that getting married is the solution to your problem. The problem is everywhere, maybe worse when you don’t meet the best partner. Don’t rush into marriage, rather pray for the best partnership.
