In the old good days, ‘Domo’ mushrooms were picked from the palm tree for free. The neighbourhood shares most of their farm produce. Giving was the order of their time. They loved one another and had everything thing in common.
The unity in those days has now turned, each one for himself. Nowadays, children of one mother don’t eat together. Our culture is completely lost.
Information conducted from some chop bars is that large sizes of snails are selling between 30–50 cedis, while 0ne plants of ‘domo’ mushroom selling at 15–20 cedis. In the city restaurants, the selling prices will be higher.
The combination of palm nut soup with snail and mushroom has no size to compare. It has all the best nutrients needed by the body.
Try to suspend the takeaway food, and switch to traditional food for good health, though it is now expensive.
