The Bishop of the Sunyani Diocese in the Bono region, Very Reverend Bishop, Matthew Kwasi Gyamfi has urged Ghanaians to leave behind a mark before passing away. The late Aboakese3 held several high positions in the Catholic Church and education before his demise after a short illness. He attained the highest title, Sir in the Knights and Ladies Marshall at the Christ the King Cathedral of the Sunyani Diocese.

Joseph Afful Yeboah turned 72 and left behind two children. His immense role to the family and the church is an unmatched legacy and will take time for his placement. After serving at SUSEC, OLA girls SHS and St James Seminary. His good leadership called for his assistance after retirement at St Ambrose College of Education, and all standard SHS SICO in Sunyani. He played a key role in establishing the Catholic University of Fiapre. He was the French marking team leader of the Brong Ahafo region then. Bishop Gyamfi said.

His final funeral rites ceremony was held at the Kwasibuokrom SS Peter and Paul church, where the Bishop of Sunyani Diocese, Gyamfi held the mass and shared the testimony of the late, Aboakese3. In attendance were Monsignor Boakye Gyan, Monsignor Nkrumah, Father Addaei Boateng and others. The Sunyani Knights and Ladies of Marshall came in numbers to mourn the late Aboakese3 who was their senior and mentor colleague.

The family of Kwasibuokrom, Japekrom, Jenjenmireja, friends, and children among others say, Aboakese3 Joseph Afful Yeboah, REST IN PEACE!!!!
