Education at Sefwi Africa, a community in the Sefwi Juaboso district of the western north region is at its worst state and needs attention.

The School established in 2007 has a pupils enrollment of 179 without a substantive headteacher due to its poor condition.

The school has only three teachers taking charge of Kindergarten to class six pupils sharing one long structure. The lack of infrastructure is badly affecting teaching and learning at school.

Though the school has been absorbed by the government nothing works effectively.

The wood boards structures were voluntarily financed by the community members of the area. We were told.

Four children being compiled to share a desk designed for two pupils was not the best. The congestion is making teaching and learning a hard task Nkyeremu news observed.

Meanwhile, there are eight-unit classroom blocks alongside teachers’ quarters which are about 90 percent complete but abandoned for the past five years.
